Cancellation Policy

Prior to proceeding with your booking, we kindly request that you carefully read and review the terms and conditions outlined. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions provided. Booking Confirmation: *Deposit will be required at the time of booking for each class. Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful booking. *Remainder payment is due at the start of the class or prior to the scheduled session. *Payments can be made via Credit Card (through Square, with a surcharge) or Bank Deposit (no surcharge). Afterpay is also available; however, please book the class via email to arrange this option (Afterpay fees apply). Cancellation Policy: *Cancellations made 30 days prior to the class start date will receive a full refund. *Cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date will be subject to a 50% of deposit cancellation fee or class can be rescheduled for another date subject to availability at no cost. *Cancellations without prior notice will not be eligible for deposit refunds.
